Q. I forgot my Password. What should I do?
A. There is a forgotten password link available above the Login fields, at the top right hand corner of the site. If you click on this, your password will be sent to the email address you used at registration.
Q. How do I sign-up for Premium Membership?
A. You will find various Sign Up points throughout the site. Usually the link is in the top right hand corner of the page. To sign up for Premium Membership go to the Sign Up page and select the Premium option. Premium members pay a subscription, so you will be asked to provide your credit card details to WorldPay, our secure payment processing partner.
Q. I want to downgrade my membership from Premium to Basic. How?
A. You must contact us first, and advise us of your intention to cancel your premium subscription (see Terms and Conditions). You can then cancel your subscription with our payment handlers, WorldPay. Thereafter your account will be configured for Basic membership.
Q. I posted an idea/article in the community centre but would like to delete it. How?
A. You cannot remove it yourself. Please contact ChannelCrowd if you wish to remove it.
Q. How do I obtain star ratings in My Page Profile?
A. Your star rating is based upon your answers to other members’ questions. The member who asked the question can rate your answer. Your average star rating is shown in your My Page profile, and on all the answers you provide.
Q. I have an article I would like to show in the Learning Zone. How do I get it published?
A. You can submit your article for approval to ChannelCrowd within the Learning Zone section of the site. All Learning Zone articles go through the ChannelCrowd approval panel. The panel will respond by email. If you article is approved it will appear in the Learning Zone list. Alternatively, the panel may propose some changes or amendments before accepting. If they decide that your article is not right for the Learning Zone they will explain their decision.
Q. I can see that in “My Page” - 5 people have viewed my showcase, but I would like to see who actually viewed my showcase. Is it possible?
A. Member identification is something which we plan to add into our site functionality in our next phase of development.
Q. I am a Premium member and I would like to create more than one Business Showcase. Is it possible and is there a limit on the number of additional showcases you can have?
A. Our original intention was to offer one showcase per premium member. However, we recognised that some members may see a benefit in allocating particular business activities or product lines to separate showcases. We felt that this facility — to create multiple showcases — would add even more value to what is already a unique and distinctive feature of ChannelCrowd.
We are currently offering this facility to Premium members at no extra charge. We will monitor the take up and use of this facility, and we may in the future charge an additional fee for additional showcases.
Q. In my showcase I have the ability to upload 20MB worth of files. What sorts of files can I include?
A. You can upload the following:

.mp3 .wav .wma

.doc .pdf .xls .pps
Q. When I Invite my colleagues to the Crowd I would like to only send the invitation with my text. Is that possible? How?
A. You can include a personal message to your colleagues however in all cases this will be followed by a standard message from ChannelCrowd.
