The management of ChannelCrowd offers several added-value services to members, on request.

Find a Match (High-Level Search)


If you are looking for a channel partner or service provider from among the ChannelCrowd membership, you can do it yourself, using the ICQ or Find a Match facilities. However, we will conduct a search of the membership on your behalf, if you provide us with some additional information about your wants and needs.
We will evaluate the results, and produce a short-list which corresponds to the wants and needs you give us. We will also provide a commentary on the short-list, and (if appropriate) offer suggestions on alternative or additional ways in which you might satisfy your needs.
Premium Members can request 2 High-Level Searches per year, at no extra charge. After that, there is a charge for each additional search.
Basic Members pay for each search.

Custom Search


This is a fully customised service. You complete a request form, which provides us with a very detailed specification of your needs. We may then come back to you, asking for further information. We will then give you an estimate of the cost and time. If you agree, we then conduct the search, on-line and off-line, using a full range of relevant data-bases and professional directories. We also use our network of search partners, to provide local knowledge and specialised expertise. The output is a customised report, with a fully annotated short-list.

Review and Evaluation of your Showcase


We want all our members to get the most value from their Showcase. If you wish, we will give you our feedback on your Showcase, with recommendations on how you might increase its impact. This service is free to all Premium Members.

Confidential ICQs


Normally your ICQ would show your contact details (email and/or telephone) so that the respondents can reply directly to you. However, there may be circumstance in which you would not want (some) other members to know that you are the person behind the request. In that case you can use us as your post-box. Email us the details of your ICQ, and the reason why you wish to remain anonymous. We will then put it on the ICQ list, using one of our own email addresses as the contact. We will accumulate the replies, and forward them to you.

There will be a charge for this service.




The ChannelCrowd management team and officers are constantly looking for ways to improve the service we provide for our members. We continuously monitor the way the resources and facilities are used, and the volume of traffic, and feed this information into our development plans. However, we are aware that only the members can decide what constitutes an improvement, so we want to be guided by your feedback.

We believe that Channel Management is essentially a collaborative activity, which works best when all the partners in the value chain are focused on delivering the best service to the end user – when they all add some distinct value to the chain, and they all see the benefit of being a part of it. It is not enough for the channel members simply to be aware that that they are dependent on one another, they need to feel that this dependence is a strength and an asset, adding value to their business.

We believe also that, since the globalisation of markets is here to stay, and for most businesses competition will only increase, Channel Management has emerged as one of the most important arenas of opportunity. Nonetheless, compared with other aspects of Marketing, it is still relatively neglected in many businesses.

The prizes will go to those businesses who view the channel from a strategic perspective, as an integrated whole, and are able to develop and share this perspective with the other members of the channel. You don’t have to be the biggest player in the channel to take the lead in this way. You just need to see it more clearly, and communicate it more effectively than the others.
